PPB Energy Partners owns and operates the Central Utility Plant under a 15 year agreement with the owners of Parx Casino. PBB Energy Partners is a wholly owned subsidiary of DCO Energy.

The Central Utility Plant will provide 3,900 tons of chilled water, 60.3 MMBTU/hr Boiler Capacity of hot water and 5 MW of emergency generation. The facility costs $12.5 million dollars and achieved commercial operation in December 2009.
