Large scale replacement of capital equipment including new boilers, pumps and air handlers (AHUs) coupled with a full district-wide web enabled direct digital control (DDC) system.  Pinelands will receive a full state-of-the-art LED lighting system which will greatly enhance their learning environment while providing long-term energy and operational savings.  Pinelands Regional School District is located in Ocean County, New Jersey, serving students from Eagleswood Township, Little Egg Harbor Township and Tuckerton Borough along with the Burlington County municipality of Bass River Township. Both schools are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the New Jersey Department of Education.  As of the 2013-14 school year, the district had an enrollment of 1,656 students and 169.7 classroom teachers in 4 schools with an area of 379,000 square feet.
