The Marina Thermal Project

The Marina Thermal Facility is a 26,000 square-foot central utility plant located in Atlantic City's Renaissance Pointe. Owned by Marina Energy and operated by DCO Energy, this Greenfield development project emphasizes the long-term vision of creating, in phases, a District heating and cooling system that will serve anticipated casino expansion within the Renaissance Pointe area.

Warren County Landfill Gas Energy Project

The Warren County District Landfill Gas Energy Project is a greenfield development project. The project is being developed by WC Landfill Energy, LLC, a partnership between DCO Energy, LLC and Marina Energy, LLC. The project will utilize landfill gas to fuel two reciprocating engine generator sets that will produce electric power. DCO is providing project development, project management, and construction management services. The project is scheduled to be placed in service by the end of December 2005.

The project is located at the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County�s (PCFA) municipal solid waste landfill in White Township, New Jersey. This energy project conforms to the requirements of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities� Renewable Energy Advanced Program.

The 3.8MW plant will produce approximately 28,000,000 kWh of electric energy. Approximately 1,000,000 kWh will be sold to the PCFA. The remaining 27,000,000 Kwh will be sold to the electric wholesale market through the PJM Power Pool. DCO personnel will operate and maintain the project on behalf of the partnership.
