Ron Howley,
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Howley is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of energy related projects. His management role extends from start up through operations and maintenance. His duties include managing O&M personnel, as well as safety programs, environmental compliance programs, maintenance management programs, and others.
Mr. Howley is a graduate of the Drexel University with over 21 years of experience in the start up and operational management of energy projects.
Career Highlights
Participating in the start up and operation of a 20 million dollar combined heating, cooling, and power facility for a county correctional facility, located in Newark, NJ.
Participating in the start up and operation of a 1.6 Mw Landfill Gas to Energy project located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
Participating in the startup and development of a 9 million dollar cogeneration and boiler addition project for a manufacturing firm located in West Deptford, NJ
Participated in the start up and operation of 20 peaking combustion turbine plants throughout the New York City area.
Participated in the operation and maintenance of a large combined cycle cogeneration project located in Lakewood, NJ.
Served for several years in the environmental health and safety departments as a project manager for obtaining and resolving waste-water and air permit issues, establishing and implementing environmental compliance programs.
