Ms. Ehrhart is responsible for the Development of energy
projects from their inception thru start up. Ms. Ehrhart has played in
integral role in the Development of over $250 million in energy projects
in the North East, Las Vegas, Delaware and New York. Specializing
in the early stages of the development process including the concept introduction
phase and customer needs assessment, development of terms and conditions
and contract negotiation.
A seasoned executive, with more than 25 years experience in the Energy
Industry.
A broad background of responsibilities which have provided the best possible
foundation for the development of a leader who is prepared for the changes
that will occur as a result of deregulation and the competitive energy
environment.
A progression of supervisory, management and executive positions, including
serving as a board of director for multiple companies.

DCO ENERGY, LLC – Developers,
Planners, Project Managers- Vice President
Developed the utility infrastructure for a $50 million heating, cooling
and energy facility which will provide all of the energy related needs
for a $1 billion construction project “The Borgata” which
is comprised of over 4+ million square feet of conditioned space. The
project includes Hotel, Casino, Retail and Entertainment.
Developed Combined Heat, Chilling and Power Facility for the Essex County
Correctional Facility.
Developed a Land Fill Cogeneration Plant in Atlantic County.
