...A little more than a decade ago, Frank DiCola figured the timing was right to start an alternative energy company.
"I had a belief then that, with climate and energy independence issues, the marketplace had to become more efficient in using energy and bringing a more renewable mix into filling our energy needs," said DiCola, of Mays Landing.
