The Marina Thermal Project

The Marina Thermal Facility is a 26,000 square-foot central utility plant located in Atlantic City's Renaissance Pointe. Owned by Marina Energy and operated by DCO Energy, this Greenfield development project emphasizes the long-term vision of creating, in phases, a District heating and cooling system that will serve anticipated casino expansion within the Renaissance Pointe area.

New Brunswick Renewable Energy Consortium Solar

The New Brunswick Renewable Energy Consortium represents the City of New Brunswick, the City of New Brunswick Parking Authority, the New Brunswick Board of Education and the New Brunswick Housing Authority.

NBS Energy Partners is a joint venture of a third party developer and MCS Energy Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary Energenic, a partnership between long-term business partners Marina Energy and DCO Energy. MCS on behalf of NBS, will design, build, own and operate solar panels arrays in 10 locations throughout the City of New Brunswick, including parking garages, schools, plants and other facilities owned by the City of New Brunswick.

Upon completion, the MCS solar panels arrays will generate more than 3 MW of energy, and will result in an energy savings of over 20% for the City.
