In his role as partner and Chief Financial Officer of Jingoli-DCO, Michael oversees all financial aspects of each organization, as well as over 25 portfolio companies.

Professional History

With over 25 years of experience in the strategic financial oversight of client projects and financial and accounting operations, Michael's professional acumen blends seasoned financial expertise with a thorough knowledge of the national and international construction and energy industries.

Michael Jingoli purchased Joseph Jingoli & Son in 1987, established DCO Energy in 2000, and has since built Jingoli-DCO into an industry leader, with over 700 employees and projects throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean valued at well over $ 1 Billion.

Under Michael’s leadership, Jingoli-DCO regularly ranks as an industry leader in markets ranging from design- build to power to cogeneration, and has established affiliate companies in cogeneration, energy services, Department of Defense support and energy auditing. He is the co-author of “When Disaster Strikes,�? published in Power Magazine, January 2013.

Civic Involvement

Michael, along with his brother Joseph, introduced innovative mentoring programs, minority programs and educational programs, including the groundbreaking and award-winning Community Outreach program.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Pennington School and supports countless philanthropic endeavors, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Wayside House and Spectrum for Living.

Awards

Michael has been awarded the Education Law Center Educational Facilities award and was a 2013 finalist for NJBIZ's CFO of the Year award. In 2012, Engineering News Record (ENR) named Jingoli-DCO the regional Contractor of the Year.
