This project will develop a district energy facility for Echelon Las Vegas, that will provide hot water, chilled water, emergency power generation and main power distribution. This project will include finance / design / build / own / operate for a period of 25 years.

Echelon is a $4.8 Billion, mixed-use resort built on 87 acres on the Las Vegas Strip.
