From real estate development and governmental and educational buildings to underground utilities and industrial process facilities, Lonny’s construction management expertise empowers DCO’s construction management teams to consistently deliver large, complex, projects cost-effectively and on schedule.

Drawing on 38 years of multi-disciplinary background, Lonny also generates new business opportunities for DCO, representing the firm’s comprehensive construction management capabilities as well as its reputation for industry excellence and unparalleled client commitment.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Construction Management for Joseph Jingoli & Son (JJS). Prior to joining JJS, he was Director of Construction Management for an investment development corporation responsible for managing projects through design and construction. Lonny oversaw the construction of a 600-acre exposition, convention and hotel facility which also involved a regional mall with infrastructure including a light-rail system and two miles of roadway including a bridge over the Florida Turnpike.
In addition, he was a State licensed General Contractor and vice president of a construction management firm, handling mall, shopping center and residential developments with budgets ranging from $16 million to $35 million. Representative Projects
