Joseph has over three decades of expertise in construction, project and energy management. He has a reputation throughout the energy industry for his unique ability to think outside the box and his use of innovative strategies to bring successful energy projects to fruition.
A 1981 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Joe has been recognized not only for his business accomplishments, but for his commitment to countless causes. Joe has introduced innovative mentoring programs, minority programs and educational programs that have been implemented with great success in numerous projects.
Joe is a member of Leadership of New Jersey. He serves as a trustee of Titusville Academy and a sponsor of the Professional Internship Program.
Along with his brother Michael, he is the founder of a groundbreaking and award-winning Community Outreach program. He is a former member of the Board of the Ronald McDonald House and the Robert Wood Johnson Pediatric Board, and has recently received awards from the Institute for Social Justice and the Education Law Center.
