A recognized authority on "on-site" and "off-site" energy production technologies with over 39 years experience in energy management, Frank DiCola is responsible for directing all DCO activities.
In the recent past, Frank has led the development of over $500 million dollar and 200 MW of district energy facilities and cogeneration plants.
Throughout his career he has managed and/or developed energy projects totaling nearly $1 billion dollars across the country. He is regularly called upon by industry insiders and colleagues to discuss "energy economics."
Frank is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a licensed Professional Engineer. In addition to his role as President of DCO, he is involved in the local community organizations, and is a longtime supporter of the United Way of Atlantic County.
