Mr. DiCola is responsible for directing all company activities including
strategic planning, project development, project management, engineering,
contractor, financing, legal and regulatory issues.
Mr. DiCola is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with over 34
years' experience in the energy management field.
Career Highlights
Participating in the development of over $150 million
dollars of district energy projects, including Atlantic City, Las Vegas,
and Wilmington.
Participated in the development, financing, construction, and
operations of three cogeneration plants totaling over 200
MW and $250 million dollars.
Served for three years as Assistant Manager at Stone & Webster
Engineering Corp. (SWEC) Cherry Hill office. Responsible for overseeing
various engineering and design projects.
Served for four years as Plant Services Manager at SWEC's Cherry
Hill office. Responsible for the technical direction of operating
and engineering support efforts for power plants.
At SWEC, held responsible project positions as Principal Engineer,
Lead Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager for fossil,
nuclear, and industrial work.
Served as Manager of Operations Engineering for a major utility
(on loan from SWEC).
Served for eight years as Manager of Maintenance and Staff
Engineer for a Midwest utility.
